One sure-fire way to bring everyone to the table is with this one-pot wonder. Shakshouka, which loosely translates into “all mixed up”, brings together exotic flavours that the whole breakfast table will love!
Add olive oil, sausage, onion, paprika and salt and pepper to skillet. Cook for 7 mins until sausage is cooked through.
Add garlic and cook for additional 2 minutes.
Add can of tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Crack eggs over skillet evenly and cover. Cook eggs until desired preference.
Sprinkle with parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
