Sausage Tater Tot Casserole

What You Need

  • 1 pkg Johnsonville┬« Salt & Pepper Sausage Meat
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 pkg McCain Tasti Taters style potatoes
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a standard casserole dish (11x13 inch). Cook sausage meat according to package instructions.

  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, onion powder, salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl. Mix cooked sausage, half of cheese and green peppers into egg mixture.

  3. Pour egg mixture into casserole dish and layer tater tots evenly on top. Place casserole dish in oven and bake for 40-50 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle reminaing cheese on top of dish and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
