Add decased sausage to skillet over medium heat.
Add onion, cumin, garlic powder and oregano to sausage mixture. Cook until browned.
Drain mixture of any excess liquid. Add olives and raisins to the sausage mixture.
Beat egg yolk slightly and add to the mixture.
Cut crusts into 3-inch circles using a biscuit or cookie cutter.
Add 2 teaspoons of sausage mixture into crusts.
Pinch dough to seal edges. Wet fingers with water to help pinch.
Beat egg white and brush onto of sausage empanadas.
Bake at 425°F oven for 15-18 minutes, until browned and serve
