It's sweet, it's sour and it has bacon! Layers of robust flavour, this savoury relish is a great BBQ addition.
Cook bacon on medium heat for 10 mins or until crisp.
Add spicy mustard, brown sugar, white vinegar and onion to bacon mixture. Stir to combine.
Add bacon back to the mixture.
Add salt to taste.
