Spicy Sausage Burger

This isn't your average burger - this one is for the true BBQ Masters. Flavour is bursting at the seams from this patty, thanks to our pre-seasoned Hot Italian Style Sausage Meat and a powerhouse combination of delicious toppings. Go as fancy as you want with guacamole and arugula, or super simple, with lettuce and mayo. No matter how you stack it, your guests will rave about this one all summer.

What You Need


  1. Form sausage meat into 4 patties approximately 4-1/2 inches in diameter.

  2. Grill over medium heat for 15 minutes or until cooked through (165F), turning once.

  3. Top with cheese slices during last 2 minutes of grilling. Toast kaiser buns on grill. 

  4. Arrange arugula and tomato on bun bottoms, top with pork pattie, guacamole and kaiser bun top.
