Oktoberfest Sausage Hoagies
If you're the type who likes a little meat with your meat, this sandwich is for you: Start with a Johnsonville Bratwurst Sausage and pile on the turkey, ham and bacon along with tomato, onion, pickle, provolone and horseradish sauce. Mmm…Guten Appetit!
What You Need

Johnsonville Original Recipe Bratwurst Sausage

2 tbsps
horseradish sauce (1 tbsp mayo and horseradish blended)

hoagie roll (half) or baguette cut to approx. 6"

1 oz
smoked turkey, thinly sliced

1 oz
fully cooked ham, thinly sliced

2 slices
provolone cheese
-
2 slices
bacon, cooked crisp

small onion, sliced

dill pickle, sliced
Preparation

Grill or prepare Brats according to package instructions.

Spead hoseradish sauce on inside of roll.

Cut Brats in half lengthwise and place on roll.

Arrange remaining ingredients on top of Bratwurst.

Serve with chips, french fries or coleslaw.
