Foil Pack Sausage Nachos

Here’s a great grilled snack for the next outdoor adventure… a foil pack filled with Johnsonville® Sausage layered with chips and all-time favorite nacho toppings.

What You Need

  • 1 package (14 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Jalapeno and Cheddar Smoked Sausage Links, sliced or JOHNSONVILLE® Chorizo Ground Sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 bag (17 ounces) tortilla chips
  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 1 can (16 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced cilantro
  • Sour cream, to serve


  1. Preheat grill to medium indirect heat.

  2. Layer and divide ingredients among 2 pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil (12-inches x 24-inches) starting with half the chips, sausage, Pico de Gallo, cheese, red onions, jalapenos, black beans, olives, ranch dressing and cilantro.  Fold foil around the filling; leaving the center open.

  3. Grill over indirect heat until heated through; about 10 minutes.  Serve with sour cream.
