What You Need

  • 1 pkg Smoked Beef Sausage
  • 2 pounds Medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp Fresh minced parsley
  • 2 Limes, cut into wedges
  • 12 Metal or wooden skewers, soaked in water


  1. Preheat grill to medium-low heat

  2. Place sausage pieces in the center of shrom and thread on skewers

  3. Grill for 3 minutes; turn and brush with BBQ sauce

  4. Brushing occasionally with sauce, cook until shrimp and pink and sausage is heated through; additional 3-4 minutes

  5. Sprinkle with parsley and drizzle with lime juice

  6. Marinade shrimp in BBQ sauce for 24 hours before grilling for extra flavour!
