In a skillet, cook and crumble the meat over medium heat until it is browned and the internal temperature reaches 160°F/71°C.
To ensure quality, refrigerate and prepare within 3 days; otherwise, freeze up to 30 days. If frozen, thaw sausage prior to cooking.
