In a large pot bring salted water to a boil. Cook orecchiette pasta as per the package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat a large skillet on medium heat, cook Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage Meat until browned.
Set cooked sausage aside in a bowl.
Add garlic and chicken stock to the skillet.
Add heavy cream, continue to stir so the sauce thickens.
Add cooked sausage meat into the cream sauce.
Add spinach and parmesan cheese.
Add orecchiette pasta to cream sauce.
Stir to coat evenly, so spinach wilts. Add sliced basil on top.
