Skewer each sausage with a bamboo skewer.
Mix dip ingredients together, adjust seasoning and set aside.
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then add together and whisk until smooth. If batter is too thick, add a touch of milk.
Coat each sausage with batter and deep fry at 350° F until golden brown, approximately 4 to 6 minutes. Drain on paper towel and serve with dip.
